This isn't another fitness plan.

For the next 30 days, I'm challenging you to follow the same principles that helped me go from broke, broken, living in a basement and working as a plumber to building over $60 million in businesses, completely rebuilding my body and mindset, and becoming a man my family could rely on.

I'll give you the rules. The plan. The tracker. Your job is simple: Follow it for 30 days. No excuses.

Why I built this

There comes a point where you get tired of your own excuses. Tired of looking in the mirror and knowing you are capable of more. Tired of saying "one day." Tired of starting, stopping, quitting, and disappointing yourself.

I know that feeling. Years ago I got kicked out of my house, my girlfriend left me, and I moved into a basement apartment. I felt broken. I felt lost. I felt like life had punched me in the face.

Then I committed to 90 days. Not 90 days of motivation. 90 days of discipline. I trained. I ate right. I worked. I studied. I built my body first, and by doing that I started rebuilding my mind.

That mentality changed everything. Now I want to give you the system.
